• We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal for online orders.

• We accept all of the above plus cash payments for in-store orders.

• On the rare occasion our shopping cart oversells an item, we will notify you.

• Amy's Diaper Stash charges actual shipping to save you money!  No handling fees are added!  Plus you choose what shipping method!

• Orders over $75.00 ship for FREE via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (except HI, AK, and APO addresses-actual shipping).

• An accurate, safe mailing address is necessary. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that were left in an unsafe place. We will not be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. Special instructions can be given - (such as leave at back door, leave on porch, leave at front desk, do not leave in lobby, etc.). We will put that note on your package. You can also contact us so we can include a delivery signature request.

• All items should be in stock and most orders ship within 1-3 business days.  Many orders ship the same day order is placed!  (you will be contacted if any items are out of stock and given a date approximation). 

• You should receive your order within 1-5 business days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery (USPS will not track orders until 14 business days have past). 

• Please call 1-214-738-5222 or email amy@amysdiaperstash.com for rush delivery (additional charges may be applied).

• Local customers have the option to do a local pick-up and avoid the shipping costs. If you choose this option, an email will be sent to you after your order is placed to determine pick up arrangements. Currently, our store front is only available by appointment.

• To further preserve the environment, we reuse boxes and packing materials whenever possible.  We hope you do the same!

We want you to be happy with your purchases at Amy's Diaper Stash.

• You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items* within 30 days of original purchase date for a 100% store credit or 90% refund via PayPal or credit card - minus any discounts applicable to the order.  Items must be in new condition and odor-free.  Items returned to us that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or in any way not "new" are not eligible for refund or store credit and will be returned to you.

• Items not eligible for return at this time include laundry detergent.
  

• "Free Inserts" included with diaper packages or individual diapers must be returned unwashed and unused with the diapers for a full refund of the product price.  If diapers are returned without inserts, the retail cost of the inserts will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Sale pricing is not retro-active.  We will not honor promotional discounts or sales/clearance to orders placed prior to the institution of the sale.

• If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at check-out, the customer will be responsible for reorder and re-shipment fees.

• Usually returns are handled within a couple of days of us receiving them but please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. 
  

• We sincerely apologize if the order you received is not correct.  Please contact us and we will promptly address the issue.

All returns and exchanges must be processed through our RMA system. Returns or exchanges received without a Return Merchandise Authorization will be returned to sender. 

If you would like to make a return/exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account by clicking on the link labeled "My Account" at the top of the page.
2. Click on "View Details" next to the order you wish to return.
3. Click on "Add new RMA."
4. Fill out the form and click "Save RMA."
5. You will be contacted with further instructions when your RMA has been updated.

• Manufacturer defects are errors with a product that happened during manufacturing. 

• Most manufacturers require their defective items be handled directly through them.  Please contact us and we will give you the manufacturer's contact information, or click here to find more information.

• Orders from Texas residents are subject to 7.25% sales tax.

• Amy's Diaper Stash will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.  All information that you provide to us will be used to process your order or to send you updates on sales and promotions.

• In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Amy's Diaper Stash shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Amy's Diaper Stash shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Amy's Diaper Stash shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
